A magical place called Dolce Positano

The name was born during a gathering on a terrace on Pintor Rosales. It was there, one April sunset, that Roberto, while breathing the fresh air and gazing at the horizon, exclaimed:

“Guys, after the Parque del Oeste it feels as if the sea were right there!”
That instant connected him to his hometown, surrounded by the sea, and evoked his favorite place: Positano.
Alessandro, inspired by the moment, added the reference to Fellini’s La Dolce Vita. And, just as in the kitchen, they blended ideas until giving life to a unique name: Dolce Positano.

The space was conceived to reflect the essence of Positano in every detail: from the little streets that inspired it, its products and Mediterranean freshness, to the hand-painted landscapes on the walls. All of it without losing elegance, which was only possible thanks to Lorena’s feminine touch.

The goal of Dolce Positano is that every guest feels at home and receives, through food, a gift as simple as it is valuable: a smile. We believe that this small gesture is also a way of making today’s world a little better.
